THE ROLE
I am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a Degree in Quantity Surveying and who is MRICS qualified to join my client, a small firm of PQS in London.
You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects for universities, colleges, museums, hospitals etc.
My client is based in the London SE1 area.
THE COMPANY
My client is a busy small firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.
They work mainly for public sector clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has completed your BSc in Quantity Surveying and is MRICS qualified.
You may be working as a project surveyor currently and be ready to step up to a Senior level role or already be a Senior Quantity Surveyor and keen to join a smaller firm where you are an important part of the team.
You must have good pre and post contract cost management skills.
You must have been working for another firm of PQS.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken.
Salary is negotiable around £65000 to £75000 plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus and private health insurance. Some hybrid working is allowed e.g. 1 or 2 days per week depending on client requirements with the rest of the week based either in the office or with the clients.
