THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor at project surveyor, senior surveyor or possibly Associate level to join this firm of multi disciplinary consultants in either of their Northamptonshire offices.

They are particularly seeking candidates who have broad based building surveying experience having done both project and professional duties.

They are seeking a highly ambitious MRICS qualified candidate who can quickly more up within the company and help the partners to further grow this office.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a medium to large sized firm of construction and property consultants.

Their have several offices across the UK.

They provide clients with building surveying, project management, structural engineering and health and safety services.

Clients are in the private and public sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a Degree or Diploma or MSc in Building Surveying plus you will need to be MRICS qualified.

You will be from recently chartered to senior level ideally.

You should be working either for another firm of building surveying consultants or with a multi-disciplinary firm of consultants.

You will need to have broad based experience to include pre-acquisition building surveys, schedules of condition, preparation and negotiation of schedule of dilapidations, preparation of schedules of works, contract administration, project management, CDM, assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes and also planned maintenance programmes.

You should have good client facing skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

Salary is from £50000 up to £70000 per annum plus pension, 50ppm, health insurance, generous holidays and other benefits.
