THE ROLE
I am seeking either a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at either Senior or Associate level to join a firm of PQS in the City of London.
You will work on CAT A and CAT B office fit outs valued up to around £60m plus some high end residential.
You will run your own projects reporting to a Partner.
THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and MEP Quantity Surveying services across a range of sectors including both building and some infrastructure.
They have three offices, two in the UK and one overseas.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager at Senior or Associate level in the building construction industry.
You will need to be working for another firm of construction consultants (PQS) or multi disciplinary consultants in the construction industry.
Experience of CAT A and CAT B fit outs is preferred.
You will be from Senior to Associate level and you should be MRICS qualified.
You must have worked as a QS on projects from feasibility through project delivery and handover.
You will be conversant with all pre and post contract duties and be able to run your own projects.
You must have excellent English to write formal reports and documents.
Salary is negotiable according to your level of experience but will be in the range of £60000 to £80000 per annum plus pension, RICS fees, health insurance, interest free season ticket loan and bonus twice per annum.
