THE ROLE
I am seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has recently completed either a BSc in Quantity Surveying or an MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) and who is keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.
You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects for new build apartment blocks, schools, colleges in the private and public sectors, art galleries, music studios and more.
My client is based in the London SE1 area.
THE COMPANY
My client is a busy established firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.
They work on both new build and refurbishment projects across several sectors.
They have two UK offices and provide good APC support.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has either recently done the BSc in Quantity Surveying or the MSc in Quantity Surveying which must be RICS accredited from a known university.
You must be keen to work towards sitting the APC to become chartered with the RICS.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken.
Salary is negotiable around £28000 to £30000 per annum plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus and APC training.
