THE ROLE

I am seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has recently completed a BSc in Quantity Surveying and who is keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.

You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects for universities, colleges, hospitals etc.

My client is based in the London SE1 area.

THE COMPANY

My client is a busy small firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.

They work mainly for public sector clients.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has either recently done the BSc in Quantity Surveying which is RICS accredited from a known university.

You may have done a year out either with a PQS or main contractor or done a year or more post graduation.

You must be keen to work towards sitting the APC to become chartered with the RICS.

You must have excellent English both written and spoken.

Salary is negotiable around £29000 to £36000 depending on whether you are a graduate without experience or if you have already worked in quantity surveying plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus and private health insurance.
