THE ROLE
My client, a multi disciplinary firm of construction consultants now seeks a GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYOR to join them in SURREY.
You will work on both private and public sector residential projects for new build and refurbishment.
You will have varied duties including building surveys, condition reports, defect reports and maintenance plans, preparation of party wall notices and Awards, project management, contract administration, property inspections etc.
My client will support you towards taking the APC to become RICS qualified.
THE CLIENT
My client is a multi disciplinary firm of construction consultants providing clients with building surveying, quantity surveying and structural engineering services.
THE CANDIDATE
You will need to have a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying which is RICS accredited.
You will be keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified.
My client would prefer someone who has gained some experience either during their Degree or post graduation working in the UK construction industry, possibly for another firm of surveyors.
You must have excellent spoken and written English.
You should have your own transport.
Salary will be between £26000 to £30000 per annum plus pension contribution and bonus.
