THE ROLE

I am seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has recently completed a BSc in Quantity Surveying and who is keen to work towards becoming chartered with the RICS.

You will work have the opportunity to work on a good range of projects for universities, colleges, hospitals etc.

My client is based in the London SE1 area.

THE COMPANY

My client is a busy small firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and some project management services.

They work mainly for public sector clients.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has completed your BSc in Quantity Surveying and you will have already gained some post graduate quantity surveying experience ideally with another firm of PQS.

Ideally you will have made a start on working towards sitting the APC to become chartered with the RICS.

You must have excellent English both written and spoken.

Salary is negotiable around £36000 to £48000 (if you are nearly chartered) plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus and private health insurance.
