THE ROLE

My client is seeking Project Managers at various levels to join them in central London.

You will work on projects for the building construction and fitting out of data centres mainly in and around the London area.

You will project manager the build and also the air conditioning, ventilation and all electrical engineering works.

Great prospects are on offer with this large firm who are growing their data centre construction service.

THE COMPANY

My client is a well established firm of construction consultants providing project management, cost management and similar services.

They are a large firm with offices across the UK and also abroad.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Project Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar. You may also be MCIBSE qualified.

You will have ideally have worked as an MEP Engineer with another construction / engineering consultants or with an MEP contractor.

My client seeks someone who has some experience of the construction and fit out of data centres.

You should have excellent communication skills and client facing skills with the confidence to head up meetings, deal with people at all levels.

Experience of all stages of construction project management is preferred.

You should also be able to use MS Office along with MS Project.

Salary will be in the region of £60000 to £100000 per annum plus pension, professional fees, discretionary bonus etc. along with excellent prospects for promotion.
