THE ROLE

I am seeking either a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor mainly for post contract duties on a number of data centres in VIENNA, AUSTRIA.

The role will be in English along with English contracts.

You will work on new build data centres and the projects could run for up to five years..

THE COMPANY

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing Quantity Surveying / Cost Management and Project Management.

They have offices worldwide.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 years or more QS experience.

You must have worked on complex projects e.g. Data Centres or Hospitals or Refineries or Process Plants, Oil & Gas or Pharmaceuticals.

You must be able to work closely with the project manager and be able to work with minimum supervision.

You must have good experience working for a firm in the U.K., Ireland or elsewhere in the EU.

You must have excellent client facing skills.

You must have excellent English to write formal reports and documents.

Salary is in the region of Euro 110000 to 125000 per annum plus accommodation, flights etc.
